Outgoing mail server: smtp.yandex.com
Username: Your Yandex Mail email address
Password: Your account password

Before you configure the Yandex Mail SMTP settings, you have to enable IMAP or POP access in your Yandex Mail account.
Open the default browser on your computer after ensuring that you have a stable Internet connection.
Visit the official Yandex Mail page and enter your login credentials to access your email account.
Click on the Settings icon at the top-right corner and choose All Settings.
Select Email Clients in the Settings page and select the From the imap.yandex.com server via IMAP checkbox if you want to add the Yandex Mail IMAP account on your email client.

Launch Microsoft Outlook 2016 on your computer and click the File menu.
Click the Info option from the left-side panel and select Add Account.
On the Auto Account Setup page, select Manual setup or additional server types and click the Next button.
Select the POP or IMAP option on the Choose Service page and click Next.
Under User Information, input a name for your Yandex Mail account and enter your email address in the Email Address field.
Enter your Yandex Mail account password in the Password field and choose either POP or IMAP as your account type from the drop-down menu under the Server Information section.
Enter ‘imap.yandex.com’ in the Incoming mail server field if you wish to add your Yandex Mail account as an IMAP account. Otherwise, enter ‘pop.yandex.com’ in the Incoming mail server field.
Type ‘smtp.yandex.com’ in the Outgoing mail server field.
Under Logon Information, enter your Yandex Mail email address and password.
Click the More Settings button and move to the Outgoing Server tab.
Ensure that the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox is selected.
Also, check if the Use same settings as my incoming mail server radio button has been enabled.
Click the Advanced tab and configure the server ports.
Make sure to choose SSL/TLS from the drop-down menus.
Click OK Close.
